What Area’s Do You Cover?

The majority of our work is in the Kent and Sussex area including but not limited to: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, East Mailing, West Mailing, Maidstone, the Medway Towns, Sittingbourne, and surrounding areas. Get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Do You Do An Initial Visit?

We can provide an initial site visit for you if you require but this is not always necessary and can provide an approximate price based on garden photos sent via email if this is preferable. Generally we aim to complete initial site visit within a week of first enquiries. We are available Monday to Friday with very limited availability on Saturdays.

How much will it cost?

We offer gardening services at a competitive price, it is difficult to provide an accurate price and one job can vary from the next. We can also look into a contracted fixed monthly price for your garden or commercial property with a set number of visits through the year. We can provide free Horticultural advice over email. What days do you work?

We work Monday to Friday. We may occasionally work a Saturday if required but availability is very limited. Office is closed on a Sunday

Do I need to be there?

No you do not need to be home so long as we have access to your garden. Although it can often be helpful if you are available for the first visit so we can get to know what you require from your garden

I’ve just moved in and don’t know where to start, can you help?

Yes. We can clear out overgrown gardens, bring them back to their prime or to a clean slate to start afresh. Do take advantage into our free email advice service.

I want to be involved with the design and upkeep of my garden, but can’t do it on my own. Can we work together?

We can do as much or as little as you require, with regular communication we can work as a team or independently. Often client’s prefer to manage their own lawns and we maintain the borders or vice versa. We will happily work alongside your requirements.

What Is Your Lead Time?

Our lead time varies, in the growing season we can often be fully booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Larger projects may take a little longer to get booked in.

Are You Insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance and documentation is available on request.

Services FAQs

What I need isn’t listed on your services page. Can you do it?

Our team have a diverse range of skills and knowledge. Contact us today to discuss your requirements and will we do our upmost to fulfil them.

Do you do regular garden maintenance?

Yes. We can work as often as you require whether it be once a week or once a year and can be extremely flexible to suit your needs and to work alongside the seasons. We can also advise ways to reduce the maintenance required.

Do you remove the garden waste?

We can arrange to have your garden waste removed but we do have a separate charge for waste removal above our standard charges and this would need to be booked in advance. We do encourage use of onsite composting facilities where available and the use of council bins.

Do you have a waste licence?

Yes we do have a waste license. Please email us if you require any documentation

Do you offer a landscaping service?

We are not hard landscapers so we do not carry out any patio or fence work. We do however do all soft landscaping including laying turf and planting. We would also be happy to lay down any decorative aggregates for you.

Do you install ponds?

We have in the past undertaken some small pond projects but we are not specialised in this area so would only take on small projects as part of a regular job or larger project

Do you maintain ponds?

Yes we would be happy to carry out basic pond maintenance for you.

Do you offer tree surgery work?

We are not tree surgeons so will only tackle small trees that we can safely work from with ladders

I’m looking for some ideas and advice on re-designing my garden. Do you offer this service?

Yes, we can arrange a friendly chat to explore the gardens potential and can provide planting ideas.

Payment FAQs

How do I pay?

Our preferred methods is by direct transfer but we can also take cash or cheques. We do not currently accept card payments.

When do I need to pay?

For Regular customers we ask for payment within 7 days. New customers will be required to pay on the day

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit will be required for any work with materials.
